This document constitutes a mutually binding agreement between the customer and Individual Entrepreneur Maia Khitarishvili.
Individual Entrepreneur Maia Khitarishvili (ID No.: 01021011913) is registered at the following address: 4 Marseli Street, Tbilisi, Georgia.

In these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other guidelines and instructions, Individual Entrepreneur Maia Khitarishvili will hereinafter be referred to as "Piso.ge".

The Terms and Conditions of using the Piso.ge website, along with any amendments made to them and other legal documents of Piso.ge, together form a single legal framework and are considered a binding agreement between Piso.ge and the user.

By registering on or using the website, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Return and Exchange Policy, and they consent to be legally bound by them.

Once a personal account is created on the website, users can purchase products available on Piso.ge.
Each order placed by the user constitutes a separate sales agreement between the authorized user and Individual Entrepreneur Maia Khitarishvili. Upon placing an order, the subject of sale, its value, and the place of delivery are defined.

 

 

User Obligations and Warranties

The user confirms and guarantees that:

  • They are at least 18 years old, legally capable, and competent;

Placing Orders and Purchasing Products

After selecting a product and adding it to the virtual cart, new users must provide the following information: email address, name, phone number, and delivery address.

Before completing the payment, the user must verify the accuracy of the delivery address and contact information. Piso.ge is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

Piso.ge reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized activity, or illegal transactions.

Ownership of the product fully transfers to the user after successful payment.

 

 

Payment Terms

Payments are accepted only by non-cash (card) payment methods. When placing an order, the user will be redirected to the bank’s secure payment page and must enter their card details.

Piso.ge does not have access to the payment page or the user’s card details.

After a successful transaction, the user will receive an email confirmation of the order.

 

 

Account Restriction or Termination

Piso.ge reserves the right to unilaterally restrict or terminate a user’s account if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if false information is detected. Upon receiving such notice, the user must contact the Piso.ge team.

 

 

Restrictions on Website Use

The information published on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. Piso.ge does not provide services that are contrary to applicable law.

Users are prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to systems or misuse of information.
