Refund policy

Piso.ge respects the rights of its customers and complies with applicable legislation. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives high-quality products and services.

Customers have the right to request an exchange or return of a product within 3 (three) days from the date of purchase, provided that at least one of the conditions below is met.

 


 

Conditions for Exchange or Return

🔄 A product can be exchanged or returned if:

  1. The product does not function properly or has a visual or technical defect;

  2. The customer received a different product than the one ordered (e.g., incorrect model or color).

📎 When returning or exchanging a product, the customer must present the purchase receipt or another proof of purchase document.

 


 

Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Possible

The return and exchange policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • The product has been damaged by the customer;

  • The product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition;

  • The product is a hygienic item;

  • The product was hermetically sealed and the seal was broken after delivery;

  • The product is missing any parts, instructions, or documentation that were provided at the time of purchase;

  • The customer wishes to return the product for subjective reasons (e.g., the pet did not like it, or the customer simply changed their mind).

Our team will respond to your request as quickly as possible and assist you in completing the exchange or return process.

 


 

📌 Note: In the case of a return, the refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, in accordance with Georgian legislation.
